Money-Back Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains refunds for paid courses offered by DiscoverChannel Digital Academy under consumer protection rules applicable in the Republic of Korea.

2. Cooling-Off Period

For distance contracts, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase without stating a reason, provided on-demand digital content has not been substantially accessed as defined at enrollment.

3. Full Refund Conditions

Full refunds apply if we cancel a cohort, fail to deliver advertised live hours, or if you cancel within the cooling-off window before accessing restricted materials.

4. Partial Refunds

After the cooling-off period or after substantial access, refunds are prorated minus delivered mentor hours, platform fees, and non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed at purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party exam vouchers, shipping of physical kits already sent, and optional events attended are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Refund Process

Email admissions@discover-channel.digital with enrollment ID and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

7. Processing Time

Refunds typically post within 7–14 business days depending on card issuers and banks in Korea.

8. Cancellations by Participant

You may transfer to a later cohort once per enrollment if seats are available. Second transfers may incur an administrative fee stated in your invoice.

9. Exceptions and Disputes

Chargebacks without prior contact may delay future enrollments. Disputes unresolved informally may be escalated under Korean consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.
